    Courtallam Falls is another breathtaking waterfall which you cannot leave off your itenary. The place is serene and offers magnificent views. There is an entry fee, and the walkway leading to the waterfall is well-made. You can hear the sound of the water crashing down at Courtallam falls from a distance as you walk towards the falls. At the bottom of the falls, the water is shallow, and one can take a dip in the water.

    All book lovers have to visit the Sarwaswathi Mahal Library, one of the oldest libraries in South India, in Tenkasi. It has invaluable knowledge visualized through ancient and rare texts from 400 years ago. It houses more than 30,000 books, 80,000 manuscripts, and 5000 palm leaf manuscripts that are worth seeing. The books are primarily in Tamil but include texts in other languages such as Malayalam, Telugu, and Sanskrit. It's an excellent educational location for the entire family.
