3-Day Family Friendly Itinerary for Shillong

  1. Day 1: Elephant Falls

    Admire the stunning Elephant Falls, which got its name because it resembles an elephant. You can walk down the 3-4 flights of stairs to the base of the falls which provides a better view of the natural wonders.     Enjoy the spectacular panoramic views of the entire city of Shillong at Shillong Peak, the highest point in Shillong. It’s a great spot for photography and a picnic with family. There’s also a small market at the peak where you can buy fresh fruits, souvenirs and handicrafts made by local people. Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture the beauty of nature.
