4-Day Family-Friendly Itinerary for Coorg and Chikmagalur

  1. Day 1: Abbey Falls

    Start your trip with a visit to the stunning Abbey Falls. Take a pleasant 10-minute walk through the lush trees before reaching the waterfall. Here, you can witness the rush of water cascading from a height of 70ft into a small pool. The view is picturesque with greenery and mist surrounding the falls.     On your last day, drive to Manikyadhara Falls in Chikmagalur. According to legend, the water here has medicinal properties that can cure physical ailments. It's a short and easy trek to reach the waterfall. Nearby are the Belavadi Hoysala Temple and the Kadalekalu Ganesha Temple, both known for their impressive architecture and religious significance. Head back to your hotel in Coorg or continue to explore more of Chikmagalur.
