The Edakkal Caves are situated in the striking Ambukuthi Hills in Wayanad. These Neolithic caves showcase fascinating ancient petroglyphs that are believed to be from around 6000 BCE. The Chembra Peak is a popular trekking spot near Meppady in Wayanad. A 4-hour trek to the top of the peak allows visitors to witness some of the most beautiful views of Wayanad. The peak is situated at an altitude of 2100 meters and offers a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding hills and valleys. Visitors can book a spot with a licensed guide and ought to reach the spot before 2:00 PM, as the trek takes around three hours to complete.
