Bellagio is known as the "Pearl of Lake Como" for its elegant villas, steep alleys, and spectacular views. Take a stroll along the lakefront promenade, explore the charming historic centre, and visit Villa Melzi, an 19th-century villa surrounded by a beautiful botanical garden.
Located on the western shore of the lake, Menaggio is known for its lively atmosphere, beautiful parks, and stunning scenery. Visit the elegant 19th-century Villa Carlotta, a museum and botanical garden. Take a walk to the top of the hill to see the panoramic views or enjoy a glass of wine at one of the charming lakefront cafés.
If you have more time, you could add a visit to the scenic village of Tremezzo, located on the western shore of the lake, and its famous Villa del Balbianello, surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces. If you have less time, you could skip Menaggio and head straight to Bellagio, or visit only Varenna and its charming Old Town.
