Your next stop is the Wayanad Heritage Museum which is 20 mins (4 miles) away. The museum boasts a collection of unique artifacts, tribal art, and antiquities dating as far back as the second century AD.
Kick start your second day by visiting the Banasura Sagar Dam, 40 minutes (18 miles) away. This is the largest earthen dam in India and offers beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. If you have more time, consider adding a visit to the Soochipara Falls or a visit to the Thirunelli Temple. For a shorter trip, skip the Wayanad Heritage Museum.
