Vattavada-Kanthalloor 2-Day Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Vattavada Vegetable Farms
    15 minutes (5 miles) from Munnar

    Explore the rolling hills of Vattavada and visit local vegetable farms. Take in the fresh air and learn about organic farming in the beautiful high ranges of Western Ghats. Talk to the farmers and ask about their farming techniques. Try different seasonal vegetables and fruits. The farms are open to the public every day from 10 am to 4 pm (closed during extreme weather conditions) making it perfect for a day trip.

  2. Day 2: Kanthalloor Waterfall and Anaimudi Shola National Park
    1 hour (20 miles) from Vattavada Vegetable Farms

    Kanthalloor Waterfall is a picturesque waterfall situated close to the Kanthalloor village. It is a popular tourist spot due to its stunning views and tranquil setting. You can also visit the Anaimudi Shola National Park which is close to Kanthalloor. It is known for its diverse flora and fauna, trekking, camping and birdwatching. The park is open from 9 am to 4 pm every day, except for Tuesdays and National holidays.

Useful Tips
