The Yumthang Valley is a beautiful valley area situated at an altitude of 11,693 feet. Be sure to also visit the Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary, a protected area for rare Himalayan flora with over forty species of rhododendron.

If you have more time, you can add a visit to the Singalila National Park for trekking. However, if you have less time, skip the Nathula Pass.
