Juhu Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Mumbai, famous for its scenic views, street food like Bhel Puri and Chaat, and attraction activities such as horse riding and cricket. Stretching up to six kilometres, this place attracts both locals and tourists. A walk on the shore, watching the sunset view, and relishing on tasty snacks, make for a perfect evening at Juhu Beach.
Located in Borivali, the Sanjay Gandhi National Park is home to over 1,000 species of plants and over 250 species of birds and animals such as deer, leopards, and macaques. It offers a break from the bustling city life and provides a chance to connect with nature. You can go on a trek at the highest peak, Kanheri Caves, or enjoy a safari at the park. The park covers over 100 square kilometres and offers many trails with different difficulty levels.
If you have more time, you can visit Elephanta Caves, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, located in Elephanta Island or Gateway of India, a popular monument in Mumbai. For a more traditional experience in Mumbai, try visiting the Crawford Market, an 1869 Victorian Gothic-style building, is home to numerous food stalls, and handicrafts and souvenirs shops.
If you have less time, you can visit Shivaji Park, a public park in Dadar with rich greenery, or St. Michael's Church, a 16th-century Portuguese Church with a unique Indian Baroque style.
