Spend your first day exploring the stunning beauty of Yumthang Valley, also known as the Valley of Flowers. Walk through the fields of flowers and Rhododendrons. You can also visit the hot springs here, which is known to have medicinal properties.
On the second day, take a drive to the beautiful Gurudongmar Lake. You can witness the breathtaking beauty of the lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Remember to carry warm clothes as it can get really cold up there.
In the morning, visit Lachung Monastery, situated in the heart of the Lachung Village. The peaceful environment and serene surroundings of the monastery make it an ideal place for meditation and introspection.
On the fourth day, drive to the Seven Sisters Waterfalls. Surrounded by lush green forests, the waterfall gets its name from the seven streams that come together to form a single fall. The view of the waterfall is truly mesmerizing.
On the last day, visit Singhik, a small village known for its stunning view of Khangchendzonga and the Teesta River. You can also visit Singhik Viewpoint and enjoy the panoramic view of the surroundings.
If you have more time, you can add Yumesamdong Valley, Zero Point, and Lachen Gompa to your itinerary. If you have less time, skip Singhik and head back to Gangtok on Day 5, or combine Day 1 and Day 2. Remember to carry warm clothes and comfortable shoes as most of the places have unpredictable weather conditions.
