Drive to Pahalgam, a picturesque town nestled in the laps of Himalayas. Take a leisurely walk on the banks of the Lidder River and admire the lush pastures of the Baisaran Valley. Visit the historic Aishmuqam Shrine and seek blessings from the revered saint.
Visit the scenic Aru Valley which is famous for its stunning meadows and crystal clear streams. Later, enjoy a gondola cable car ride to the Apharwat Peak and indulge in skiing and snowboarding. Have a picnic at the picturesque Strawberry Valley.
Visit the stunning Mughal Gardens and explore the charming narrow lanes of the Old City. Take a shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake and witness the floating markets, houseboats and a floating post office. Enjoy the famous Kashmiri kebabs and biryanis at the Kathi Junction.
If you have more time, consider exploring the Patnitop hill station in Jammu on the way. If you have less time, you can skip Gulmarg and head straight to Srinagar on day 4, or opt for an overnight stay in Pahalgam instead.
