    The Valley of Flowers National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a popular trekking destination. Covered in a blanket of vibrant flowers, it houses endangered species of flora including Himalayan bellflower, Himalayan cobra lily, and Himalayan blue poppy.

  3. Day 3: Mana Village
    20 minutes (9 km) from Valley of Flowers National Park

    Mana Village is the last village on the Indian side of the Tibet border. The village has historical significance as it is believed that the Pandavas of Mahabharata had passed through this village on their way to Swargarohini.

  4. Day 4: Vasundhara Falls

    Vasudhara Falls is a natural wonder located on the way to Badrinath. It is believed that the falls respond to the piety of the pilgrims.

  5. Day 5: Tapt Kund Hot Springs

    Situated on the banks of Alaknanda River, Tapt Kund Hot Springs is a famous spot among devotees. The water of the spring is believed to have medicinal properties that cure skin diseases and other ailments.

  6. Day 6: Satopanth Lake

    Satopanth Lake is a high altitude lake with a triangular shape. This geological marvel is located at an altitude of 4,402 metres and is believed to be created by Lord Brahma.

Useful Tips

If you have more time, you can also include a visit to the nearby town of Joshimath, which houses several ancient temples and is famous for skiing during winters. However, if you have less time, you can skip Vasudhara Falls and Mana Village.
