From Chembra Peak, proceed to Kuruva Island, a serene forest area spread across about 950 acres. The activity takes about 2 hours and is one of the most peaceful experiences in Wayanad.

Visit the largest earthen dam in India, Banasura Sagar Dam, located in the foothills of the Banasura Hills. Walk along the top of the dam and take in stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. If you have more time, you can consider visiting other popular places like Edakkal Caves, Soochipara Falls or Tholpetty Wildlife Sanctuary. If you have lesser time, you can skip Banasura Sagar Dam and visit a tea plantation or a spice plantation instead. Also, make sure to wear comfortable hiking shoes, carry enough water, and carry cash as most of these places do not accept card payment.
