Bachelor Party Itinerary: Bangalore to Wayanad

  1. Day 1: Bangalore to Wayanad, Distance - 274 km, Travel time - 6 hours
    Start your journey early in the morning and take the Mysore Road to reach Wayanad.

    After reaching Wayanad, check into your resort and take some rest. In the evening, head to the Edakkal Caves, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Wayanad. These caves have stone age carvings and paintings that are thousands of years old. The place has historical and archaeological significance. The trek to reach the caves is refreshing and gives you the required adrenaline rush. Enjoy your evening exploring the caves and return to the resort.

  2. Day 2: Wayanad
    Banasura Sagar Dam, Distance - 22 km, Travel time - 45 min

    After breakfast, visit the Banasura Sagar Dam, which is the largest earth dam in India. The view of Banasura peak from the dam is spectacular. Take a boat ride to explore the area and witness the beauty around. Post lunch, head to the Pookode Lake, which is a freshwater lake offering pedal boats and rowing boats. Enjoy the surrounding lush greenery.

  3. Day 3: Wayanad - Distance (depends on the activity chosen)

    It's time to indulge in adventure activities in Wayanad! Choose from a range of options including Cycling in the Hills, Trekking to Chembra Peak, Wildlife Safari at Tholpetty Wildlife Sanctuary or Rafting on Kabini River. After the thrill, head to the Meenmutty Falls - a three-tiered waterfall which offers a delightful view of the surroundings. Spend some quality time here and return to the resort.

  4. Day 4: Wayanad - Distance (depends on the activity chosen)

    Start your day with a Jeep Safari in Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary, which is a must-do activity when in Wayanad. The sanctuary is home to elephants, tigers, deers, and many other animals. After the safari, head to the Chembra Peak which is the highest peak in Wayanad. The trek to the summit is an enjoyable experience for nature lovers. After the trek, head back to Bangalore in the evening!
