The park was once the court of the Zamorin rulers of Kozhikode, and today it is a popular hangout spot for locals and tourists. You can also visit the nearby Commonwealth Trust, the ancestral home of the illustrious painter Raja Ravi Varma, now converted into a museum exhibiting his works of art.
Thusharagiri Falls is a popular trekking and picnic spot in the Kozhikode district. Located amidst the Western Ghats, the falls comprise of three cascading waterfalls and offer a serene, natural setting for relaxation.
