Spot animals such as giant squirrels, porcupines, panthers, and Bengal tigers on a safari ride. The forest is closed on Thursday, plan accordingly.
Mollem National Park is located in the Western Ghats and is a must-visit destination for nature lovers. The park is home to a wide range of animals such as tigers, leopards, and elephants. The park offers plenty of trails providing a chance to explore the dense forest. The park is closed during the monsoons and heavy rainfall periods, so check the dates before planning your visit.
If you have more time, plan a visit to the Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary which is another reserve in Goa. If you have less time, you can skip Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary and spend an extra day at any of the other destinations. It is advised to carry insect repellent, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes for all the destinations.
