Yana is a hill station located in the Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka. The place is famous for its two black crystalline limestone rock formations, Bhairaveshwara Shikhara and Mohini Shikhara. The Bhairaveshwara Shikhara is the taller of the two formations, standing at a height of 120 meters. The place is surrounded by lush green forests and is home to a variety of flora and fauna. The Yana Caves, which are located at the base of the rock formations, are also a popular destination.
