  1. Day 1: Tosh
    30 minutes (13.3 km) from Kasol

    Discover the scenic beauty of Tosh, a small village situated at the end of a valley. Enjoy a leisurely walk amidst the lush green trees and the snow-clad mountains. Walk past apple orchids and traditional village houses with wooden architecture. You can also trek to the Tosh Glacier, which is a moderately difficult trek that offers breathtaking views. Do not forget to indulge in the local delicacies such as Sidu, Bhatura, and Thukpa.

  2. Day 2: Kheerganga

    Trek to the Kheer Ganga peak for a panoramic view of the snow-capped Himalayas and the hot springs. The moderate trek takes around 4-5 hours to complete and offers scenic beauty throughout the trek. Once you reach the top, relax in the hot springs and rejuvenate your body and mind.     Visit the famous Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara, a Sikh temple that is said to bring good fortune. It is located in the serene Parvati Valley and has hot springs, which is said to have healing properties. After visiting the temple, take a dip in the hot springs and enjoy the spirituality and peace of this quaint town. Do not forget to try the local langar and other traditional foods.

  4. Day 4: Parvati River
    40 minutes (16.1 km) from Manikaran

    Explore the Parvati River, which is a part of the Parvati Valley. Enjoy the scenic beauty and indulge in river rafting, which is famous in this area. The rapids in this river are perfect for beginners as well as experts. Take a dip in the cool and refreshing water of the river or relax on the banks with a stunning view of the mountains. Check out the local cafes and savour the mouth-watering delicacies.
