After exploring Kolaba Fort, head over to Nagaon Beach for some water sports! This beach is known for its banana boat rides, parasailing, and jet skiing. If you're not interested in water sports, you can also take a leisurely stroll on the beach and enjoy the views of the Arabian Sea.
Next, head to Kanakeshwar Forest for a trekking adventure. This beautiful forest is home to a Shiva temple and offers several trekking trails. You'll be able to take in stunning views of the hills and valleys as you trek through the lush greenery. Make sure to carry water and snacks with you for the trek!
Start your second day of adventure with a visit to the Alibag Magnetic Observatory, one of the only two magnetic observatories in India. You can learn about geomagnetism and see how scientists study the earth's magnetic field.
After the observatory, head to Versoli Beach for some more water sports or relaxation on the beach. This lovely beach is less crowded than some of the others in the area and is a great place to relax, unwind, and watch the tide roll in.
If you have more time, consider visiting the Kanakeshwar Devasthan Temple near the Kanakeshwar Forest. If you are interested in history, you can also visit the Alibag Fort. If you have less time, you can skip the Alibag Magnetic Observatory and Versoli Beach.
