On the second day, leave Tbilisi and embark on a day trip to Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, one of the most sacred places in Georgia, and Jvari Monastery, a symbol of the country's conversion to Christianity. Head up to Kazbegi, located at the foot of Mount Kazbek. Enroute to the Gergeti Trinity Church, enjoy the stunning panoramas of the Caucasus Mountains. After visiting the church, head back to Tbilisi.
On the final day, take a long road trip of 280 miles to Batumi, the exotic coastal city of Georgia. Start with visiting the Batumi Botanical Garden, a picturesque place which has a significant collection of plants from all over the world. Head to the Batumi Boulevard, a 7 km stretch along the Black Sea offering stunning views and plenty of diversions, including a Ferris wheel and water park. Then, head to the Ali and Nino Statue, a 7-meter-high steel sculpture of a man and a woman moving towards each other. Before leaving Batumi, have dinner at Chashnagiri Restaurant which offers the best of Georgian cuisine.
If you have more time, consider visiting Uplistsikhe, an ancient town located 100 km from Tbilisi. Cut down the road trip to Batumi by taking a flight which costs INR 4000 per person. If you have less time, skip Batumi and explore the city of Gori, childhood home of Joseph Stalin.
