Located in the Western Ghats, Thekkady is an ideal place for a nature walk or a jungle safari. You can spot some exotic wildlife species like elephants, tigers, and leopards. You can also visit the spice plantations and take home some authentic spices.
Suruli Falls is a magnificent waterfall originating from the Meghamalai hills. You can take a dip in the cool waters or enjoy the scenic beauty of the surroundings. The place is also believed to have mythological significance.
If you have more time, you can visit the Kumbakkarai Falls, the Meghamalai Hills, or the Cumbum Lake. If you have less time, you can skip Thekkady or Suruli Falls.
