  1. Day 1: Mawsmai Cave

It's a limestone cave with well-lit pathways so visitors can explore the cave without worrying about getting lost in the dark. The cave is home to some beautiful limestone formations that have been shaped over thousands of years.

  2. Day 2: Nohkalikai Falls
    1 hour (18 km) from Mawsmai Cave

    Nohkalikai Falls is the tallest plunge waterfall in India, falling from a height of 1,115 feet. The falls are a must-visit for nature enthusiasts and photographers. The view of the waterfall surrounded by lush greenery is breathtaking. Visitors can trek to the base of the waterfall, but it's a steep climb back up.

  3. Day 3: Double Decker Living Root Bridge
    2 hours 15 minutes (60 km) from Nohkalikai Falls

    The Double Decker Living Root Bridge is a unique natural wonder that can only be found in Meghalaya. The bridge is made entirely out of living roots of the Ficus Elastica tree, which have been trained to grow in a particular direction. The trek to the bridge is through a dense forest and is quite challenging, but the view of the bridge is worth it.

If you have an extra day in Cherapunji, you can visit the Mawlynnong village, which is known as the cleanest village in Asia. The village is also home to the Living Root Bridge. If you have less time, you can skip the Double Decker Living Root Bridge and visit the Seven Sisters Falls instead. It's a beautiful waterfall that's easily accessible from Sohra Town.
