Koh Yao Foodie Itinerary - August 2023

  1. Day 1: Koh Yao Noi Organic Farm

Take a tour of the farm, pick your own vegetables and herbs, and sample their delicious homemade snacks and drinks. The farm also offers cooking classes for those looking to learn how to prepare traditional Thai dishes using fresh, organic ingredients.

  2. Day 2: Koh Yao Yai Village
    20 minutes (12 kilometres) from Koh Yao Noi Organic Farm

    Take a trip to Koh Yao Yai Village, a fishing village famous for its fresh seafood. Walk around the village and sample some of the local delicacies like grilled fish, prawns, and squid. You can also rent a longtail boat for a tour of the nearby islands and beaches. Don't forget to try the refreshing coconut ice cream sold by the locals!

Keep in mind that many of the local restaurants and markets close early, so plan your itinerary accordingly. Also, make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen and water as the weather can be quite hot and humid in August.
