10-Day Everest Base Camp Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Kathmandu
    Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, then 3-hour trek to Phakding

    Begin your journey by taking a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Trek 3 hours to reach Phakding, a small village located on the banks of the Dudh Kosi river.

  2. Day 2: Namche Bazaar

  3. Day 3: Tengboche

  7. Day 7: Gorak Shep and Everest Base Camp

  8. Day 8: Kala Patthar and Pheriche

  9. Day 9: Namche Bazaar

    Trek back to Namche Bazaar, retracing your steps across the Hillary Suspension Bridge and through the lush forests of the region.

  10. Day 10: Lukla and Kathmandu
    7 hours (9.3 miles) from Namche Bazaar, then flight back to Kathmandu
