Start your adventure by visiting one of the tallest waterfalls in India. Dudhsagar Waterfalls is located on the Mandovi River and surrounded by lush greenery. Enjoy a dip in the cool waters or go for a hike to the top of the waterfall. The hike may take up to 2 hours and is not recommended for beginners. You can also take a jeep safari to reach the waterfall. Don't forget to carry extra clothes, towels, and sunscreen.
After lunch, head to Mollem National Park. The park is famous for its diverse wildlife, including tigers, leopards, and black panthers. Take a guided jungle safari to explore the park and spot various bird species. You can also trek to the Tambdi Surla temple or take a dip in the natural rock pools. Keep in mind that the park is closed during monsoons, so check before you go.
Start your day with an adrenaline rush by trying out various water sports at Calangute Beach. You can enjoy parasailing, jet skiing, and banana boat rides. The beach also has a range of restaurants serving delicious seafood. The beach may get crowded, so try to reach early in the morning.
After lunch, head to Fort Aguada, a 17th-century Portuguese fort. The fort is surrounded by a moat and offers a stunning view of the Arabian Sea. You can explore the lighthouse and the chapel inside the fort. The fort is closed on Mondays, so plan your trip accordingly.
