Start your journey by exploring the sacred sites of Hampi, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Begin with the Virupaksha Temple, Hampi's most prominent temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Followed by a visit to the Hemakuta Hill Temple Complex, which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The complex has around 30 temples, some of which date back to the 10th century.
After a spiritual start, proceed to the Royal Hampi, the former capital of the Vijayanagara Empire. Start with the Lotus Mahal, a two-story pavilion with a lotus-shaped dome. Followed by a visit to the Queen's Palace, the royal residence of the Vijayanagara Empire's queens.
