As renting a car is the most comfortable and cost-effective way to explore Lanzarote, it is highly recommended to arrange car rentals. Alternatively, public buses are available but may be less convenient due to fewer routes.

Driving time averaged around 1 hour. Average car rental prices range from €50 to €90 per day, depending on the type of vehicle and timing of the visit.

If you have more time, visit the wine region of La Geria, or one of the many stunning beaches of Playa Blanca. If you have less time, skip AquaPark Costa Teguise, Teguise Market, and Mirador de Haria as they may be less interactive than some of the other stops on this itinerary.

Airports

Lanzarote Airport (ACE) located in San Bartolome, 5.6 miles (9 km) west of Arrecife, is the only airport in Lanzarote.
