  1. Day 1: Banasura Sagar Dam

    Banasura Sagar Dam is a must-visit location for nature lovers. This place is surrounded by lush green hills and has a beautiful lake which is perfect for boating. You can take a speed boat or a rowboat to explore the lake. You can also go trekking in the Banasura hills. The view of the surrounding hills from the dam is breathtaking.

  2. Day 2: Chembra Peak
    1 hour 10 minutes (24 miles) from Kalpetta

    Chembra Peak is the highest peak in Wayanad and is a popular destination for trekking. The trek to the top takes about 4 hours, but the view from the top is worth it. You can see the entire Wayanad district from the top. The trek is through dense forests, and you can see a variety of flora and fauna on the way. Make sure to carry enough water and snacks for the trek.

  3. Day 3: Kuruva Island
    1 hour 20 minutes (28 miles) from Kalpetta

    Kuruva Island is a unique destination that is located in the middle of the Kabini River. It is a cluster of small islands that are covered with dense forests. You can reach the island by taking a bamboo raft. The island is known for its rich biodiversity, and you can see a variety of birds, butterflies, and orchids here. You can also take a dip in the river and enjoy a picnic on the island.
