Start your adventure by hiking to the top of Chembra Peak, the highest peak in Wayanadu. The trek takes around 3 hours and is a challenging but rewarding experience. At the top, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the surrounding forests and hills. Note that the trek is closed during the monsoon season (June-September) so plan accordingly.

Visit the ancient Thirunelli Temple, located amidst the lush forests of Brahmagiri Hills. The temple is believed to be one of the oldest temples in the region, with a history dating back to over 3000 years. Take a dip in the holy mountain stream nearby, which is believed to have healing properties.
Explore the mysterious Edakkal Caves, located on top of Ambukutty Mala. The caves are believed to have been formed by a large split in a huge rock, and contain carvings and paintings dating back to the Stone Age. The hike to the top is a bit challenging but the views from the top are worth it.
End your adventure by visiting the picturesque Soochipara Falls, located amidst the dense forests of Western Ghats. The waterfall cascades down from a height of 200 meters and offers a perfect spot for swimming and relaxing. Note that the falls are closed during the monsoon season (June-September) due to heavy water flow.
