3-Day Itinerary for Tiruvandrum in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Padmanabhaswamy Temple
    10 minutes (3 km) from Trivandrum Central Railway Station

    Visit one of the most famous temples in India, the Padmanabhaswamy Temple. This temple is known for its intricate architecture, and its idol of Lord Vishnu lying on the serpent Anantha. The temple is open from 3:30 am to 7:20 am, and again from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. The temple reopens from 5:00 pm to 7:20 pm, and again from 8:00 pm to 9:15 pm

  2. Day 2: Kovalam Beach
    30 minutes (12 km) from Padmanabhaswamy Temple

    Enjoy a day at the beautiful Kovalam Beach, which is one of the most popular beaches in Kerala. This beach has three crescent-shaped beaches and you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming and water sports. The beach also offers a variety of seafood and other local delicacies. The beach is open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

  3. Day 3: Napier Museum
    20 minutes (8 km) from Kovalam Beach

    Visit the Napier Museum, which showcases a collection of historical and contemporary artifacts. The museum has a collection of ancient sculptures, bronze idols, and ivory carvings. The museum is open from 10:00 am to 4:45 pm, except on Mondays and national holidays.
