Top Station located at an altitude of 1,880 meters offers the best view of the Western Ghats mountain range. It is famous for the Nilakurinji flowers that bloom once every 12 years and cover the entire hillside in blue. The viewpoint provides a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, valleys, and waterfalls. Top Station is open from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm every day except Tuesday.
Kundala Lake is a man-made reservoir that is surrounded by rolling hills and makes for a great picnic spot and boating location. The lake is also home to the rare Neelakurunji flowers and is a must-visit during the blooming season. The Kundala Dam is also located at the lake and makes for a picturesque sight. Kundala Lake is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every day and is a tranquil escape into the hills.
