Start your trip with a visit to Mullayanagiri Peak, the highest peak in Karnataka. Drive up to the parking lot and take a 20-minute trek to reach the summit. The stunning views of the Western Ghats from the peak are breathtaking. On your way back, stop by the nearby Seethalayanagiri Temple, known for its beautiful architecture and scenic views.
Spend a day exploring the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary, home to a variety of flora and fauna. Take a safari ride through the sanctuary and spot animals such as tigers, leopards, elephants, and sloth bears in their natural habitats. You can also enjoy boating and trekking here. The sanctuary is closed on Mondays and between June and August due to monsoons.
