Trekking, Falls, and Mountains Adventure at Goa, India in June 2023

1. Day 1: Dudhsagar Falls
   1 hour 30 minutes (43 miles) from Goa International Airport

   Dudhsagar Falls is a four-tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River in the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park. Trek through the lush green forests, rocky terrain, and streams to reach the majestic Dudhsagar Falls. You can swim in the cool waters of the falls and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings. Be sure to carry a change of clothes, a towel, and waterproof shoes.

2. Day 2: Tambdi Surla Waterfall and Mahadev Temple
   1 hour 10 minutes (31 miles) from Dudhsagar Falls

   Trek through the dense forests of the Western Ghats to the Tambdi Surla Waterfall and Mahadev Temple. The Tambdi Surla Waterfall is a beautiful cascade of water flowing from the rocks into a pool. You can take a refreshing dip in the cool waters of the pool. The Mahadev Temple is a 12th-century temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and is considered as the oldest temple in Goa. Marvel at the intricate carvings on the walls, pillars, and roof of the temple.

3. Day 3: Trek to the Sunset Point
   1 hour 30 minutes (32 miles) from Tambdi Surla Waterfall and Mahadev Temple

   Embark on a trek to the Sunset Point, located at the highest point in the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary. The trek takes you through the dense forests, grasslands, and rocky terrain. At the top, you can witness a breathtaking view of the sunset over the Arabian Sea. The trek may be challenging, but the view is definitely worth it. Carry plenty of water, snacks, and wear comfortable trekking shoes.
