Start your journey from Mumbai to the holy site of Kailash Mansarovar. The scenic flight to Nepalgunj airport is followed by a drive to the border town of Hilsa. From here, a short helicopter ride takes you to Purang on the Tibetan plateau, the gateway to Kailash Mansarovar.
Acclimatise to the high altitude and take a dip in the holy waters of Lake Mansarovar. Later, drive to the base of Mount Kailash and stay overnight in a guesthouse in Darchen.
Start the trek around Mount Kailash. From Darchen, trek to Dirapuk, the first campsite on the Kora. The route offers stunning views of the mountain ranges and glaciers in the distance.
Continue the Kora by crossing the Dolma La Pass at an altitude of 5,630 meters. The descent leads to the campsite at Zuthulpuk, where you can visit the ancient cave of Milarepa.
Complete the trek and return to Darchen. After lunch, drive to Hilsa and take the helicopter back to Purang for an overnight stay.
Take a scenic drive from Purang to the border town of Hilsa. From there, take a helicopter to Harsil and drive to Kedarnath, one of the four holy shrines of the Hindu religion.
Take a helicopter back to Harsil and drive to Dehradun airport for a flight to Mumbai. End the journey with memories of a lifetime.
If time permits, visit the nearby town of Harsil, known for its scenic beauty. You can also explore the ancient town of Mukteshwar or go on a rafting trip on the Ganges river. Always carry warm clothes and rain gear as the weather can be unpredictable in the mountains.
