Three-Day Itinerary for Goa in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Basilica of Bom Jesus
    30 minutes (14.7 km) from Goa International Airport

    The Basilica of Bom Jesus is one of the main attractions in Goa. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is known for its baroque architecture and the tomb of St. Francis Xavier. The church is open to visitors from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm every day. It is a perfect place to start your trip to Goa.

  2. Day 2: Dudhsagar Falls
    2 hours 10 minutes (79.3 km) from Basilica of Bom Jesus

    Dudhsagar Falls is a four-tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River. It is one of the tallest waterfalls in India, with a height of 310 meters. You can take a train from Karmali railway station to Castle Rock railway station, and then take a jeep to the falls. The falls are open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every day. The best time to visit is during the monsoon season, between June and September, when the falls are at their fullest.

  3. Day 3: Fort Aguada
    1 hour 5 minutes (21.4 km) from Dudhsagar Falls

    Fort Aguada is a 17th-century fort located on the Sinquerim Beach. The fort was built by the Portuguese to protect against the Dutch and the Marathas. It is now a popular tourist attraction and offers a stunning view of the Arabian Sea. The fort is open from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm every day. There is also a lighthouse within the fort which is open to visitors.
