4-Day Adventure Itinerary in Goa, August 2023

1. Day 1: Dudhsagar Falls
   1 hour 15 minutes (40 miles) from Goa Airport

   Start your adventure in Goa by visiting the majestic Dudhsagar Falls. This four-tiered waterfall, located on the Mandovi River, is surrounded by lush green forests and is a sight to behold. You can hike to the waterfall, take a refreshing dip in the pool or go for a jeep ride. Make sure to carry extra clothes as there are several water-based activities available. The falls are open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and we recommend arriving early to avoid crowds.

2. Day 2: Grande Island
   1 hour 15 minutes (22 miles) from Dudhsagar Falls

   Take a ferry ride to Grande Island, one of the best spots for adventure activities in Goa. You can indulge in snorkeling, scuba diving, and sea walking to explore the rich marine life. If you're feeling brave, try parasailing or jet-skiing. The island also has several secluded beaches where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. We recommend booking your activities in advance as the island can get crowded.

3. Day 3: Bhagwan Mahaveer Wildlife Sanctuary
   1 hour 20 minutes (32 miles) from Grande Island

   If you're a wildlife enthusiast, head to Bhagwan Mahaveer Wildlife Sanctuary. This sanctuary houses several endangered species like the Bengal tiger, leopard, and black panther. You can take a guided trek through the sanctuary, go bird watching, or visit the Dudhsagar Spice Plantation nearby. The sanctuary is open from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and we recommend carrying comfortable shoes and clothing as the trek can be challenging.

4. Day 4: Baga Beach
   1 hour 10 minutes (20 miles) from Bhagwan Mahaveer Wildlife Sanctuary

   End your adventure in Goa by visiting the famous Baga Beach. This beach is known for its water sports activities like parasailing, jet-skiing, and banana boat rides. You can also indulge in some beachside shopping or relax in one of the many shacks on the beach. The beach is open 24 hours, and we recommend visiting in the evening to enjoy the sunset.
