    Start your day early with a refreshing trip to the Papanasam and Manimuthar Waterfalls, located in the Western Ghats. The Papanasam Falls are situated in the midst of forests and offer stunning views. It is believed that taking a dip in the falls can wash away one's sins. The Manimuthar Falls are located nearby and offer a serene atmosphere for a picnic. Make sure to carry water, snacks, and sunscreen. You can take a dip in the falls, but the water can be deep in places.

  2. Day 2: Thirunelveli Temple Tour
    Within Thirunelveli city center

    Visit some of the famous temples of Thirunelveli, starting with the Sri Varadharaja Perumal Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is believed to have been built in the 10th century. Next, visit the Nellaiappar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, which is one of the largest temples in South India. The temple has a 1000-pillar hall, musical pillars, and a majestic Gopuram. In the evening, head to the Kanthimathi-Nellaiyapper Temple, located on the banks of the Tamirabarani River. The temple is known for its intricate carvings and architecture.

Don't forget to try the local cuisine including the famous halwa, a sweet made from wheat and ghee.
