3-Day Itinerary for Bangalore in August 2024

  1. Day 1: Lalbagh Botanical Garden
    20 minutes (6.5 km) from Kempegowda International Airport

    Start your trip to Bangalore by visiting the famous Lalbagh Botanical Garden. It is home to more than 1000 species of plants and trees. The garden is spread over 240 acres and is a perfect place to relax and unwind. You can take a leisurely stroll around the garden while admiring the beautiful flowers, plants and trees. Don't forget to check out the Glass House, which is a replica of the London's Crystal Palace. The garden also has a lake where you can enjoy boating.

  2. Day 2: Bangalore Palace
    15 minutes (4.5 km) from Lalbagh Botanical Garden

    Visit the Bangalore Palace, a beautiful example of Tudor style architecture. The palace was built in 1887 by Chamaraja Wodeyar and has been restored to its original glory. You can take a guided tour of the palace and see the beautiful interiors, including the ornate chandeliers and antique furniture. The palace also has a sprawling garden with fountains and a lotus pond. Don't miss the vintage car collection on display in the palace courtyard.

  3. Day 3: Bannerghatta Biological Park
    1 hour (25 km) from Bangalore Palace

    Spend your last day in Bangalore at the Bannerghatta Biological Park, which is home to a variety of animals and birds.
