Start your trip with a visit to the famous Anjuna Beach. Known for its stunning views, it is a perfect place to relax and unwind. Lined with shacks serving Goan delicacies and drinks, you can sit back on a beach chair and enjoy the view of the Arabian sea. Take a dip in the warm waters or indulge in some water sports like parasailing or jet skiing. If you're lucky, you might also catch a live music performance at one of the shacks.
On day two, head to the stunning Dudhsagar Waterfalls. With crystal clear water cascading down from a height of 310 meters, it is a breathtaking sight. You can take a dip in the cool waters or go for a trek in the surrounding forests. If you're lucky, you might also spot some wildlife like monkeys or bison. Do carry some snacks and water as there are not many food options available here.
On your final day, take a leisurely spice plantation tour and learn about the various spices that make Goan cuisine so unique. You can take a guided tour around the plantation and see how spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and black pepper are grown and harvested. You can even taste some of the spices and buy some to take back home. They also have a restaurant on-site serving delicious local food made with fresh spices.
If you have some extra time, consider visiting the beautiful Chapora Fort or the serene Palolem Beach. To make the most of your trip, try to catch a sunrise or sunset at any of the beaches. You can also take a yoga class or a spa session to relax further. Don't forget to try some of the famous seafood delicacies like Goan fish curry or prawn vindaloo.
