2-Day Itinerary for Manali in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Rohtang Pass

    Rohtang Pass is a spectacular mountain pass situated at an elevation of 13,050 feet above sea level. The pass is famous for its breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers. Visitors can enjoy adventure activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and sledging. Due to the high altitude, the oxygen levels here are low, so it's recommended to carry oxygen cylinders. It's open from June to October but can close due to bad weather conditions.

  2. Day 2: Solang Valley
    28 minutes (13.1 km) from Manali

    Solang Valley is a picturesque valley surrounded by snow-capped mountains. It's famous for adventure sports such as parachuting, paragliding, and zorbing. In summer, visitors can enjoy trekking and camping. The valley has a ropeway that offers a bird's eye view of the valley. The best time to visit is from June to October.

You can also visit the Hadimba Devi Temple, which is a 15-minute drive from Manali. It's an ancient temple dedicated to Goddess Hadimba, wife of Bhima from the Indian epic Mahabharata.
