3-Day Itinerary for Visiting Lonavla in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Bhushi Dam
    20 minutes (4.3 km) from Lonavla Bus Stand

    In the morning, visit Bhushi Dam which is a famous tourist spot. You can enjoy the breathtaking view of the waterfall, and trek in the surrounding hills.   2. Day 2: Karla Caves and Tiger's Leap

    Begin the day by visiting the Karla Caves, one of the largest Buddhist Chaityas in India. Then, head to Tiger's Leap, which is a natural cliff-top with a panoramic view of the hills. Have lunch at the nearby restaurants and spend the afternoon exploring Rajmachi Garden, which features a beautiful manicured lawn and a scenic backdrop of the Rajmachi Fort. In the evening, visit the Shree Narayani Dham temple and enjoy the beautiful architecture and serene atmosphere.

  3. Day 3: Lohagad Fort and Amrutanjan Point
    30 minutes (16.5 km) from Karla Caves

    Start the day by trekking to the Lohagad Fort, a historic site with a great view of the surrounding hills.
