Four Days of Nature in Cornwall

  • Day 1: St. Michael's Mount

    St. Michael's Mount is a tidal island in Mount's Bay, Cornwall. It has a stunning castle, a beautiful harbor, and beautiful gardens. When the tide is low, visitors can walk to the island. Otherwise, they have to take a motorboat or a ferry.

  • Day 2: The Lost Gardens of Heligan

    The Lost Gardens of Heligan is a vast restored Victorian garden full of rare plants and beautiful landscapes. The gardens have a beautiful walkway and beautiful sculptures made of natural materials. They also have a farm where visitors can see rare breeds of farm animals.

  • Day 3: Tintagel Castle
    1 hour 10 minutes (44 miles) from The Lost Gardens of Heligan

    Tintagel Castle is a medieval fortification located on the Tintagel peninsula in North Cornwall. It has a rich history that goes back to the Roman period. The castle is said to be the birthplace of King Arthur. It has stunning cliff-top views, beautiful gardens, and a great museum that tells the story of Tintagel.

  • Day 4: The Eden Project
    50 minutes (28 miles) from Tintagel Castle

    The Eden Project is a giant botanical garden built in a former clay pit. It has two gigantic biomes, one simulates a rainforest, and the other simulates the Mediterranean climate. They have a vast collection of plants from all over the world. The Eden Project also has beautiful gardens, concerts, and events throughout the year.
