2-Day Visakhapatnam Itinerary for City Experiences in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Rushikonda Beach
    30 minutes (13.3 km) from Visakhapatnam Railway Station

    Morning: Start your day early and head to Rushikonda Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Visakhapatnam. Take a leisurely stroll on the shore, relax on the golden sand, or go for a refreshing swim in the Bay of Bengal. You can also try your hand at some water sports such as jet skiing, parasailing, or banana boat riding.

    Afternoon: Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch at one of the many seaside restaurants near Rushikonda Beach. Relish the fresh catch of the day such as tiger prawns, crab, or fish curry accompanied by steaming hot rice and butter naan.

    Evening: Head to Kailasagiri, a picturesque hilltop park, and take a cable car ride to enjoy panoramic views of the city. Spend the evening at the park, walk around the lush green gardens, and admire the giant statue of Lord Shiva and Parvati.

  2. Day 2: Visakha Museum and Submarine Museum
