4-Day Adventure Itinerary for Pondicherry in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Paradise Beach
    30 minutes (7.5 miles) from Pondicherry city center

    Start your day with an early morning visit to the serene Paradise Beach. Enjoy the 2km long pristine beach and clear waters. Take a boat ride to the island nearby. Head back to Pondicherry for lunch and explore the French Quarters of Pondicherry in the afternoon. Don't miss the charming cafes and restaurants. In the evening, head to Promenade Beach and watch the sunset while you sip on some local drinks.

  2. Day 2: Auroville
    30 minutes (9.5 miles) from Pondicherry city center

    Spend your morning exploring the experimental township of Auroville. Visit the Matrimandir and take a tour of the sustainable community. Have lunch at one of the organic cafes in Auroville. In the afternoon, head to the Ousteri Lake for some boating and birdwatching. In the evening, catch the sunset at Serenity Beach.
