Family Friendly 6-Day Itinerary for Indore-Mathura-Vrindavan-Haridwar-Rishikesh-Mussorie in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Indore
    10 hours (450 miles) from Mumbai

    Indore is known for its street food, so start your day with a breakfast of poha and jalebi. Visit the Kanch Mandir, or Glass Temple, which is made entirely of glass. In the afternoon, head to the Rajwada Palace, a seven-story palace built two centuries ago. In the evening, take a stroll along Sarafa Bazaar to taste the delicious chaats and sweets.

  2. Day 2: Mathura
    10 hours (420 miles) from Indore

    Mathura is the birthplace of Lord Krishna, so start your day with a visit to the Shri Krishna Janmasthan Temple Complex. In the afternoon, visit the Dwarkadhish Temple, which is known for its beautiful architecture. Take a boat ride in Yamuna river in the evening and enjoy the sunset.

  3. Day 3: Vrindavan
