In the morning, head to the Diu Fort, one of the most popular tourist attractions in the city. The fort, also known as the Portuguese Fort, was built in 1535 and offers stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Spend your afternoon exploring the fort and its various structures such as the lighthouse, the jail, and the cannon foundry. Start your day by visiting the historic St. Paul’s Church built in 1610. The church displays a blend of Baroque and Gothic architecture and houses a collection of antique statues and relics. Afterward, head to the Naida Caves, a network of natural caves that were discovered in the 18th century. Spend your afternoon exploring the caves and their various rock formations. In the evening, grab a bite at a local restaurant and try some of the delicious seafood that Diu is famous for.

In the evening, relax on the beach and watch the sunset before ending your trip.

If you have extra time, consider visiting the INS Khukri Memorial, a memorial built in honor of the Indian naval ship that sank during the 1971 India-Pakistan war.
