  1. Day 1: Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple

    Located on the southern banks of the Krishna River, the Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple is one of the twelve Jyotirlinga temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is famous for its intricate carvings, sculptures, and architecture that date back to the 7th century. You can take a dip in the Patala Ganga, a holy pond located within the temple premises. Visit the temple in the morning to avoid the crowds and witness the beautiful sunrise from the temple premises.     The Akka Mahadevi Caves are located on the banks of the River Krishna and are believed to be the dwelling place of the famous 12th-century saint, poet, and philosopher, Akka Mahadevi. The caves are a beautiful example of ancient Indian rock-cut architecture. You need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the entrance of the caves. The caves are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day. You can visit the caves in the morning to avoid the crowds.

  5. Day 2: Phaladhara Panchadhara

    Located in the dense forests of Srisailam, Phaladhara Panchadhara is a scenic waterfall that originates from the Nallamala Hills. The waterfall is surrounded by lush greenery and is a perfect spot for nature lovers. You can take a dip in the cool waters of the waterfall and enjoy a picnic with your family and friends. The waterfall is open from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day.
