3-Day Itinerary for Tirupati in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Sri Venkateswara Temple
    10 minutes (2.7 km) from Tirupati Railway Station

    In the morning, visit the famous Sri Venkateswara Temple, one of the most visited religious places in the world. Get an early start to beat the crowds and watch the sunrise from the temple. Afterward, explore the surrounding area and enjoy some delicious South Indian breakfast. In the afternoon, head to the Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple, a beautiful and historic temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. End the day with a visit to the ISKCON Temple and take part in the evening aarti.

  2. Day 2: Talakona Waterfall
    2 hours 30 minutes (60 km) from Tirupati

    Take a day trip to Talakona Waterfall, the highest waterfall in Andhra Pradesh. The journey through the dense forest is breathtaking and adventurous. Trek to the waterfall and enjoy a refreshing swim. Afterward, head to the nearby Siddeswara Swamy Temple, a popular spot for pilgrims. On the way back, stop at the Sri Venugopala Swamy Temple and enjoy some local delicacies.

  3. Day 3: Sri Kalahasti Temple
    1 hour 10 minutes (35 km) from Tirupati

    Start the day with a visit to the Sri Kalyana Venkateswaraswami Temple, a beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Venkateswara. Afterward, head to the Sri Varahaswami Temple, located on the banks of the Swarnamukhi River. In the afternoon, visit the Sri Kalahasti Temple, one of the most famous Shiva temples in South India. Explore the temple complex and witness the evening aarti before returning to Tirupati.
