Here, you can volunteer to help preserve the park's beauty by participating in various activities like planting trees and cleaning up the park. Lunch is available on-site.
Afternoon: Visit the Dr. Shivaram Karanth Biological Park, which is a part of Pilikula Nisargadhama. This park has a wide variety of flora and fauna, and you can take a safari to see the animals in their natural habitats. You can also volunteer in the park by helping to preserve the rare species.
Evening: End your day by visiting the Pilikula Golf Course, which is located inside Pilikula Nisargadhama. Even if you aren't a golfer, you can take a walk around the course and enjoy the scenic beauty.
Morning: Start your day by visiting the Kudroli Gokarnath Temple, one of the most popular temples in Mangalore. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and has a beautiful architecture. You can volunteer by participating in various temple activities or by offering your services in the community kitchen.
Afternoon: Visit the Panambur Beach, which is located very close to the temple. The beach is a great place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. You can also volunteer to clean up the beach and help preserve its beauty. Lunch is available at many of the food stalls on the beach.
Evening: End your day by visiting the St. Aloysius Chapel, a famous church in Mangalore. The chapel's architecture is inspired by the Ajanta Caves in Maharashtra. There are many beautiful paintings inside the chapel, and you can volunteer to help preserve them.
If you have time, do visit the Mangaladevi Temple which is one of the oldest temples in Mangalore. You can also take a day trip to the nearby Udupi and visit the famous Krishna Temple.
It's always a good idea to carry some snacks and water with you during the day. Also, wear comfortable clothing and shoes as you will be doing some physical activities.
