3-Day Family Itinerary for Bambolim, Goa in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Visit Bambolim Beach
    10 minutes (2.5 km) from the hotel

    In the morning, head to Bambolim Beach to enjoy the calm waters and sandy shore. Take a dip in the Arabian Sea or simply sunbathe and relax. In the afternoon, visit the St. Francis of Assisi church in Old Goa, which dates back to the 16th century and features a mix of Baroque and Corinthian architecture. In the evening, watch the sunset at Miramar Beach which is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike.

  2. Day 2: Explore the Dudhsagar Waterfalls
    1 hour 30 minutes (61 km) from the hotel

    Start your day early to visit the stunning Dudhsagar Waterfalls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India. The waterfall is located inside the Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary and is accessible by a train ride through the lush green forests. After that, head to Spice Plantation in Ponda, where you can take a leisurely walk through the plantation and learn about the spices grown there. In the evening, drive to Panjim, the capital city of Goa, to enjoy the vibrant nightlife and street food.

  3. Day 3: Visit the Fort Aguada and the Candolim Beach

    In the morning, explore the Fort Aguada, a well-preserved 17th-century Portuguese fort that offers stunning views of the sea. After that, head to Candolim Beach which is known for its water sports activities such as parasailing and jet skiing. In the afternoon, take a walk through the Fontainhas area of Panjim, which is a colorful Latin Quarter with Portuguese-style houses and quaint cafes. In the evening, enjoy a dinner cruise on the Mandovi River which offers a beautiful view of the city.
